I-Med is the Internet Medicine Company. Formed by physicians, health informaticists, network and telecommunication experts, we are uniquely qualified to design, implement and evaluate digital medical solutions. While our initial work focused on establishing a functional web presence for our clients, we have moved into the areas of telemedicine and virtual clinics, medical Internet publishing, web-based secure medical records, and CME over the Internet. Our focus and our expertise lies in the technical and marketing aspects of digital medicine, and therefore we have created this VAR partnership opportunity for the many individuals peripherally associated with digital healthcare solutions who may wish to profit from reselling our services to their own contacts and clients.

There are many services which our VAR partners resell for I-Med. Some of these are:

online medical publishing	POP email and forwarding
Web-accessible databases	medical information searches

What are the VAR partnership benefits?

10% to 25% Commissions
Our partners earn between a 10% and 25% commission on the services they resell. The commission rate depends primarily on the role the partner assumes beyond the initial sales contact. Since these are our partners' clients, we always offer project management responsibilities to the partner if they wish to assume that role.

"Solution Provider"
Our partners can advertise our services as their own presenting a far more complete package of services to both their existing client base and any new contacts they encounter.

Banner Ad
Our partners create banner ads (or we help create them), and I-Med displays these on our sites for as long as the partner would like. Thousands of people in the healthcare industry will see the ads.

Directory Listing
All of our partners become permanent additions to our Selective Links directory. This is the list we refer our clients to for a a variety of services.

2 MByte Web Site with Unlimited Traffic
Our partners may host as many sub-directories (or second level domains) as they wish on our www.webmed.com server up to 2 Mbytes of space. This space can have unlimited traffic, and we provide additional web space and web site design for discounted prices to our partners.

Free Email Account
Each of our partners may have up to three POP email accounts on our servers. This allows for such names as "partnername@webmed.com", "partnerinfo@webmed.com", and "partnersales@webmed.com". These may serve as distinct accounts, or they may all forward to a specific existing email account.
