Mr. Mehl, after sampling the University of Kentucky College of Medicine under scholarship, has turned once again to the implementation of model Inter- and Intranet solutions. At the College, he maintained an active role in computer support for other students, generation of educational World Wide Web content, assessment of medical education technologies, and standardization of Internet access for education among his peers.

Mr. Mehl's previous published work has covered topics as diverse as teleophthalmology, HTML-generated "flags" to enhance search-engine resolution, the use of the Internet for interactive surgery rounds, virtual interface therapy, and medical education technology assessments. Recent projects have included Cold Fusion 3.1 database access modeling, extensive software assessment, videoconferencing, and application development. Mr. Mehl also serves as a consultant for a number of Internet development teams and is the administrator of a hybrid network (NT 4.0 and Novell 3.x) as well as the technology coordinator for the Ohio Valley Educational Cooperative.
